How to place my order?

First time shopping with us?  We are happy to serve and make your shopping experience a pleasant one. Follow the simple steps below to place your order.
1. Register as a member.
2. Now you are ready to shop! You can search for a specific product by using the search bar. If you’re looking for a range of products, you can browse by category by clicking SHOP in the menu. 
3. Once you have found the product that you desire, select your size and click on the ADD TO CART.
4. You can either click on the Continue Shopping or review the items in your cart by clicking on View Cart & Checkout.
5. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order. If you have a discount code you’d like to use, key it in the box provided before checking out.


What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

I could not proceed with payment and my order status is Pending. How do I proceed?

Kindly contact us immediately by whatsapp or by clicking the Chat button on the bottom right of the page and we’ll assist you with your order.


What is the shipping policy?

All deliveries are estimated to be completed within 1-2 weeks. Please be aware that since our shoes are sourced from various locations, including the United Kingdom, United States, and overseas, there may be additional transit time required for their arrival. It's important to note that slight delays in delivery could occur due to factors such as weather conditions or festive seasons. Rest assured, a tracking number will be issued once the shoes have arrived in Malaysia.


Can i return my wrongly brought size item?

We apologies, for the moment we unable to offer exchanges. We strongly advice for our customer to make sure your size is accurate by trying out other running shoes at any retail store according to brand. Different brand sizes may different with others.
